Bayfield Apple Festival is Back!

After a year off due to COVID-19, we are thrilled to say Bayfield Apple Festival is back! Enjoy a whole weekend of apples, music, food, and fun! Don’t forget about the farms it’s worth the drive to check out the vendors all over Bayfield, not just downtown. See you there!

Below is a schedule of events for downtown.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 1

  • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM—Farmers’ Market-all local producers-S. First St., between Rittenhouse & Manypenny Ave.
  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Craft and Food Vendors line the streets of downtown Bayfield
  • 10:30 AM-Noon – Live Music: Yazmine Bowers – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • Noon—Opening Proclamation by Bayfield Mayor Gordon Ringberg- Memorial Park Gazebo
  • Noon- 2:00 PM – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Live Music: Mark Phillips – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. – Live Music: Born Too Late – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2

  • 10:00 PM – 5:00 PM Craft and Food Vendors line the streets of downtown Bayfield
  • 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM —Live Music: Sean and Ian Okamoto – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 11:00 AM until Gone —Bayfield Firemen’s Fish Fry-Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion, will sell until they are out of food!
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Apple Peeling Contest – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM -Live Music: Warren Nelson – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Live Music: HIJNX – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 6:45 PM —Apple Festival Queen Procession-Begins in front of the Old Rittenhouse Inn
  • 7:00 PM —Coronation of the Apple Festival Queen-Bayfield Lakeside Pavilion

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 3

  • 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Craft and Food Vendors line the streets of downtown Bayfield
  • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
  • 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM — Live Music: Warren Nelson – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 12:30 PM – 12:45 PM —Registration for the 2021 Apple Dumpling Gang- Faith Baptist Church Parking Lot
  • 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM —Grand Parade Finale-Rittenhouse Ave.
  • 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Live Music: Molly and the Danger Band – Memorial Park Gazebo
  • 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM – Big Top Chautauqua – The Van Sant Grandstand Stage (Corner of Manypenny Ave. and Broad St.)
